The World Children’s Center will be built in three phases over a ten-year period.

Phase I Construction (2007-2010)

This phase of construction will include:

• Infrastructure development (water, sewer, power, gas, roads, etc.)
• Up to 24 children’s homes (serving approximately 144 children)
• Pre-K through 5th grade elementary school
• Welcome Center
• Village Green
• Parks and Playgrounds
• Maintenance Buildings
• Prayer Garden
• Staff Homes
